Eat it on pasta, rice, or other grains, and with lots of vegetables.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yogurt Chicken Stroganoff<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Add 1 tablespoon oil, 1\/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped skinless chicken breast or ground turkey, 1\/4 cup chopped mushrooms, 1\/4 teaspoon salt, and a little pepper to a skillet. Add a pinch of dill weed, parsley, or garlic. Stir&nbsp;over medium heat until the meat is cooked. Stir 1 tablespoon cornstarch into 1\/2 cup cold water and add it to the mixture in the skillet. Stir until thickened, then remove from the heat.
