The effective weight loss exercise plan must be something you like, something that you enjoy doing almost on a daily basis. It is got to be something that will not bore you or worn you out. Yes, I hear you say so I hear – But I hate exercise.

See yourself as someone who loves exercise. A simple affirmation of, I love exercise. I have the right effective weight loss exercise.

I agree with the author. The only real way to lose weight is to create a personalized weight loss plan. Only when your diet and whatever exercises you plan to incorporate in your regime are of genuine interest to you, will you be able to sustain your weight loss throughout life. It is more like making these dietary changes a part of your lifestyle

Kiara, I very much agree with your comments. Weight loss is all about self discipline. Develope your personal program and stick to it.

I have seem so many slim persons eat their self off and still not gaining weight and I have also seen persons keeping the weight off my sticking to his or her weight loss plan.

Also available on Amazon for free is the Smoothies Recipes – Healthy – Diet – Weight Loss – by SMGC Publishing. The book is fill of delicious smoothie recipes for the family and will please even the most finicky eaters.

Is there any product or supplement that would be perfect for targeting losing weight on the back and sides (love handles). I see a lot of good information here in by search of legitimate sites that have useful information.
